Livro: "O Sumiço da Casa da Palha"

 

Desde bem pequena, eu gostava de ver minha mãe e minhas tias bordando. O bordado para mim é como se fosse uma maneira de relaxar, de criar algo enquanto se descansa a cabeça. E foi assim que aconteceu quando eu ilustrei o livro "O Sumiço na Casa da Palha" da @miraculuseditora . O texto é tão divertido, que logo de cara as imagens das ilustrações me vieram à mente. Depois foi a vez de executar, e o bordado foi a técnica que escolhi para as ilustrações.

Since I was very little, I liked watching my mother and aunts embroider. Embroidery is like relaxing and creating something while resting my mind. And that's how it happened when I illustrated the book "O Sumiço na Casa da Palha." The text is so fun that the images of the illustrations immediately came to mind. Then, it was time to execute, and I chose embroidery as the illustration technique.
